Calisthenics is a unique sport that combines dancing, singing, ballet, club swinging, rod twisting and figure marching in a team environment. It encourages younger pupils to develop self confidence, dedication, team leadership skills and friendships. Older pupils thrive on the challenges set in Calisthenics and enjoy life long friendships.
